Couples therapy, also known as marriage counseling or couples counseling, focuses on the behaviors of partners and their impact on individuals and the relationship as a whole. Our approach is solution-focused and can range from short-term sessions to longer treatment, depending on your specific goals.

In our couples therapy, your therapist will initially meet with both partners before spending time individually with each person. This collaborative process aims to engage both partners and explore the relationship's dynamics. Together, we will work toward clearly established outcomes that foster growth and understanding.
