We know that engaging in the change process requires courage and openness. We aim to make that transition as smooth as possible and welcome your insights on how best to collaborate with you. If you are curious about a service that is not listed above, feel free to send a general inquiry through our contact form. We would love to think creatively with you and expand our own areas of competency.

Below are the steps to expect once you reach out for psychotherapy services.

-
Talk to our intake specialist and choose a counselor that best fits your needs. Provide us with your insurance information to verify if we are in network and to check benefits if you plan to use insurance. We are currently in network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO.
-
Print and complete intake documents (e.g. patient registration form, consent, privacy notice, etc.).
-
Come to your initial session. If you will join virtually, you will follow instructions to log into the virtual conferencing platform. Bring or e-mail your intake packet and insurance card, and payment authorization form.
-
Meet your counselor and discuss what sparked the change process and your goals for therapy. The initial session is where we get to know you better and begin to establish an effective relationship. By the end of the session, we hope to gain an understanding of our role and hopefully schedule a second session!
